The new book Troubled Waters, is set in Manchester. The Gent is the super sleuth again. One of the plots running through the story is FRACKING which of course is highly topical with a front page article in the Guardian newspaper. Hollywood movie star Mark Ruffalo is on video advising Prime Minister David Cameron against further development. The pic, looking upstream was the basis for the cover of the book.
